Who we are
ITC Inc. was created in 1994 as an importer and Master Distributor in Canada, of electrical components, products, devices and accessories for control and automation systems, control panels, machinery and power distribution.
Our mission is to provide to our Customers, quality products at prices which are among the lowest on the market, with fast, friendly service. We have selected few, well known manufacturers of components from Europe and the Far East, most of them recognized with ISO 9001 certification.
Quality. All the products we sell are manufactured in accordance to (and frequently, exceeding) the latest versions of well-known International Standards. Many are UL recognized and CSA Certified (as stated on the relevant pages of our catalogues and data sheets). All the products we sell, except where stated otherwise, carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects or workmanship.
Price. Because ITC is the direct importer of all the products sold, we are able to obtain savings for our customers, by buying in large quantities and by eliminating intermediaries. ITC will offer competitive prices compared to equivalent, high quality products on the market.
Delivery. We don't want you to delay your project because a part is missing. We are in the market to provide you not only with the best, but with the fastest service. We endeavour to stock good quantities of everything we show on our catalogues. In most cases we ship same day.
Friendly Service. Although ITC still remains a small Company, we do our best to offer not only Good Service, but also Friendly Service. Our Sales Representatives will go the extra length to accommodate your needs. We want you to call us again in the future, not dreading lengthy waits, calls not returned or answering machines.
