The new family of compact selector (rotary) switches that ITC has just introduced feature a large variety of types of operation, switching diagrams, mounting modes, while the dimension of the contact package is only 30x30mm (1.2x1.2”). The standard or custom-engraved front plate also measures 30x30mm.
There are two types of mounting: on the front of the panel by means of 2 screws (3-hole mount) and on the front of the panel with a single centre hole of 17mm or 22.5mm.
Thread Adapters

ITC has the solution to the familiar problem of matching the male thread of a device (a cable gland, a conduit fitting, etc.) with a different female thread on another device or equipment such as an enclosure, control station, foot switch etc.
ITC carries more than 250 different types of thread adapters, both in plastic and in nickel plated brass, with threads ranging from M12 to M63, 3/8”NPT to 1-1/4”NPT, and Pg7 to Pg48. These products include enlargers or reducers (within the same series of threads) as well as actual adapters (within different series of threads). All products are available from stock for immediate delivery, either in box quantity or as single units.
Of course, ITC also carries cable glands, locknuts, threaded plugs, in all the series of threads (M, NPT, Pg), in plastic and in metal, as well as accessories as special seals, washers, temporary plugs, etc.

Miniature Foot Switches

A new line of miniature foot switches, manufactured by COMEPI of Italy, is now available from ITC. These devices are available in 2 versions (standard non-wired and with male 3-pole M8 connector), and their very small size (101x75x35mm - 4x3x1.4") allows installation in many portable or compact applications. Very economical and easy to install, they are offered with a selection of colour combinations.
Base and cover are made of self-extinguishing (UL94V0) thermoplastic. Base grey or black, cover yellow/grey/black/red. One SPDT contact (1NO+1NC, common terminal).
Stainless steel 35mm DIN Rails

COB system: mounting any multipole connector on DIN Rail

The COB system of panel supports allows the use of multipole connectors within electric panels without the traditional metallic enclosures (Bases/Hoods). These supports can be assembled on 35mm DIN rails (both lengthways and perpendicular to the support), on panel surfaces using screws, or in appropriate cut-outs.
Mounting on DIN rail or on a backplate requires no special tooling, and permits wide access to the fixed half of the connector for wiring. COB supports feature a sturdy frame made of reinforced self-extinguishing thermoplastic resin, equipped with two latches for mounting the mobile half of the connector. The standard metal hoods for ILME connectors can be used, as well as specially designed insulating hoods for mobile assembly.

Stripping and Crimping ferrules in one step!

GLW's MC 40-1 and MC 40L machines provide efficient processing of loose insulated ferrules in various lengths. The use of premium components in combination with a robust construction ensures a high level of reliability and flexibility.
Ferrule sizes can be changed quickly with just a few operations. After the ferrules have been changed in the bowl, only the size-specific wire stripping-receptacle needs to be swapped before stripping and crimping can resume.
The 2 machines can handle ferrules/wires from 22 to 8 AWG. They are readily available from ITC, along with a wide choice of insulated ferrules.

E-Stops for all Applications

Emergency stop switches, commonly called E-Stops, are used to provide fail-safe manual shut-down of a number of electrical machinery, control systems, conveyors, automated assembly machinery and robotics, instrumentation, medicals, vehicles, etc.
Based on international Standards (CSA C22.2 No. 14-95, IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, VDE 660, etc..) these devices must ensure foolproof operation, without the risk of introducing hazards or danger to the operator or the machinery.
