CS8 CS9Two new families of economical, compact ratchet crimping tools are now included among the several  electrical shop tools available at ITC.

Both series (CS8 and CS9) feature ratchet operation, small size for operation where space is limited, and a large choice of interchangeable die sets.  The CS8 frame measures 8” (200mm) and weighs only 390g.  The CS9 frame – which offers a wider choice of die sets – measures 9” (230mm) and weighs 540g.

These tools are used for crimping the following terminals:

      • Ferrules 22-1AWG
      • Insulated crimp terminals 26-10AWG
      • Uninsulated crimp terminals 22-8AWG
      • Uninsulated open-barrel terminals 30-10AWG
      • “Flag” disconnect terminals 22-14AWG
      • Closed-end crimp connectors 22-10AWG 
      • Modular plugs RJ45 terminals, 8 position

With both series, the frame and the die sets can be purchased separately, or already assembled.

CS10 Crimping Tool Kit

500068ITC has introduced an improved kit containing an ergonomic ratchet manual crimping tool with four different die sets, covering the most common applications in any electrical shop.

Kit p/n 500.068 includes a 10 inch (258mm) ergonomically designed professional ratchet frame and 4 die sets, for ferrules 0.5 to 4mm2 (22-12AWG), insulated terminals 0.5-6mm2 (22-10AWG), insulated disconnect terminals 0.5-6mm2 (22-10AWG), and closed end connectors 0.5-6mm2 (22-10AWG).  Additional die sets are also available at ITC.

 

The kit comes in a practical, sturdy plastic box (290x210x50mm ~11.5x8x2in) with transparent cover.
