Orders:
ITC will accept orders from registered Customers. We accept applications for new Distributors in selected areas. Orders are accepted by mail, email (sales @ itcproducts.com) or by phone. For phoned-in orders, ITC may require written confirmation.
Walk-in orders:
To facilitate our work, please call ahead and if possible list the items you wish to see. We regret if - due to our limited staff - occasionally we cannot dedicate to you all the attention you deserve, when visiting us.
Shipping:
- If your order is received before 12:00 noon, then ITC will ship “same day” (exceptions apply).
- Pickups from 09:00 to 04:30 PM only. Allow 2+ hours between order and pickup.
Drop Shipments:
ITC accepts drop shipments, under certain conditions. Please inquire.
Samples:
Some products are available upon request as free samples, while a range of items may be available as free loaner for examination purposes only, for a limited period of time. Please inquire with ITC.

Returns:
Returns are accepted under certain conditions (please inquire). Written RMA issued by ITC is required.
Order Confirmation:
Issued by ITC upon written request.
Backorders:
Although ITC shall try to avoid them, when a backorder occurs, the balance of the shipment is always shipped at ITC’s cost. If partial shipments are not accepted in any case, write “Ship Complete” on Purchase Order.
Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Conformity:
In those cases where such Certificates can be issued, please request them in your Purchase Order.
Warranties:
ITC guarantees the quality of the products they sell. Different levels of warranty apply, please inquire.
