Punch die set 

With the addition of 3 new models, ITC now has a complete series of Punch/Die sets designed to punch square/rectangular holes in mild steel plate (up to 3.0mm thickness), of the exact dimensions of any of the popular multipole industrial connectors on the market.

Cut-outs made with these die sets guarantee precise and constant dimensions, and the operation is faster, safer than using a drill and/or a saw. No burrs or sharp edges are present along the cuts.

These tool sets, built of high quality steel, must be operated with a (manual or powered) hydraulic press. Only the smallest model (for 21.3x21.3mm or 'size 3') can also be operated mechanically (with a wrench). In all cases, a pre-drill is required for the draw bolt to be inserted. The die set also marks the place of the connector’s mounting screw holes, after the punching operation is completed.

      • Part number 502.321, for cutting square holes 21.3x21.3mm (“Size3”)
      • Part number 502.322, for cutting rectangular holes 24.3x57mm (“Size15”)
      • Part number 502.323, for cutting rectangular holes 24.3x74mm (“Size25”)
      • Part number 502.325, for cutting rectangular holes 36x52mm (“Size6”) max. 2mm thickness
      • Part number 502.326, for cutting rectangular holes 36x65mm (“Size10”) max. 2mm thickness
      • Part number 502.327, for cutting rectangular holes 36x86mm (“Size16”) max. 2mm thickness
      • Part number 502.328, for cutting rectangular holes 36x112mm (“Size24”) max. 2mm thickness

These punch and die sets are supplied in a plastic case, with draw bolt, nut, manual.

All tools are made in Germany and are covered by a limited warranty of one year.
