Standoff Insulators for use in control panels and machinery.

ITC offers a line of  standoff insulators, designed to support and insulate components and equipment inside a machine, or a control or distribution panel.

These small insulators are made of thermoset material (polyester resin fiberglass reinforced), dark red colour, which ensures high resistance to mechanical stress and vibration, high electrical withstand voltage and good resistance to most chemicals and solvents.  Installation is extremely simple by means of female M6, M8 or M10 brass inserts at both ends.  The body of each insulator has a central hexagonal band for tightening with a standard flat wrench.  

Operating temperature is between -40ºC and +130ºC, with water absoption (according to ASTM D-570) of 0.20%.  Operating voltage as per EEC Standards (Note: no UL, CSA certification) is between 400 and 3000 VAC, depending on the dimension.   Stock models include 8 sizes from 20mm to 100mm high, plus some models available with different metric threaded inserts.
