"CANALFLEX®" the flexible Wire Duct

When managing your wiring inside a control panel or a machine requires to follow complex paths or connecting to a moving element (e.g.: a door) CANALFLEX® may be the answer.  CANALFLEX® is an extremely flexible wire duct which can be bent to sharp angles without the risk of damage to the wires, or to the wire duct itself.

Flexible Wire DuctCANALFLEX® is made of fire retardant Polyamide 6 (UL94 V2), and is supplied in pieces 500mm long (approx. 19"), with or without adhesive backing.  Colour: light grey.

Easy assembly: for the model with adhesive backing, simply remove the protective tape and apply (Max. temperature for this model: 80°C).  For the model without adhesive, use 4mm (3/16") screws or rivets (not supplied - bottom of wire duct is pre-punched).  To cut the wire duct, use the practical Wire Duct Cutter (p/n 500.101) available at ITC.

The absence of a cover and the "finger" shape allow clear visibility of the wires inside the duct; at the same time, the "fingers" completely and securely wrap the wires, while allowing easy entry/exit of wires at any point.

Three sizes of wire duct are available (12.5x12.5mm, 25x25mm, 40x40mm), the 2 larger sizes also available with adhesive backing.
