503000 GLW's MC 40-1 and MC 40L machines provide efficient processing of loose insulated ferrules in various lengths. The use of premium components in combination with a robust construction ensures a high level of reliability and flexibility.

Ferrule sizes can be changed quickly with just a few operations. After the ferrules have been changed in the bowl, only the size-specific wire stripping-receptacle needs to be swapped before stripping and crimping can resume.

The 2 machines can handle ferrules/wires from 22 to 8 AWG. They are readily available from ITC, along with a wide choice of insulated ferrules.
