High Temperature Terminals

High Temp Crimp TerminalsITC offers a range of high temperature non-insulated solderless (crimp) terminals for some of the most common types of terminations and wire sizes. Ring, spade and splice terminals, for wire ranges from 22 to 10 AWG, have a maximum temperature of 480ºC (~ 900˚F) and are made of nickel-plated steel.

Female and male disconnect terminals, for the same range of wires and for tabs 6.35x0.8mm (.25”x.032”) are made of nickel-plated steel with copper sleeves, and have a maximum temperature of 380ºC (~ 650˚F).

High temperature crimp terminals are designed for use in applications where the ambient temperature would not allow using standard crimp terminals. Naturally, appropriate high temperature wire must also be used.
