Independent-Action Position Switches

ITC is introducing a new series of COMEPI position switches. These switches operate different contacts when the lever-type actuator is moved from the central (neutral) position to the right or to the left. This type of device is useful when the requirement exists to monitor the position, or centering, of an object by using a single switch. Previously, the same result would require the use of two different limit switches.
The functionality described above is obtained by using a special type of contact block in COMEPI’s thermoplastic switches series AP and BP (30 mm and 40mm normalized types).
